The Soberania National Park along the Eastern side of the Panama Canal is reached in only 45 minutes from Panama City. Our hiking tour offers you excellent opportunities to see rainforest mammals and is great for bird observation. The tour gives you an insight to the great diversity of the rainforest ecosystem. We usually walk around 3-5 km in and back (depending on participants).

We will be driving parallel to the Canal, where you see the Miraflores and the Pedro Miguel Locks, Culebra Cut through the Continental Divide, the Chagres River, the railway, the dredging division and the beginning of Gatun Lake.
